Molly Anderson Hill, a native Atlantan, comes from a family rooted in Atlanta Real Estate. Her dad worked for the late great John Portman and then went on to develop, build, and lease Piedmont Center in Buckhead. Molly grew up in the Buckhead and Vinings areas. She attended The Lovett School and then The University of Alabama and graduated with a Degree in Elementary Education. She then taught at The Schenck School and St. Anne’s Day School in Atlanta before moving to Nashville for 9 years. Molly and her family moved back to Smyrna in 2010 and then Milton in 2014 to be closer to her son’s special school.
Molly has an extensive knowledge of many different parts of Atlanta, including areas outside of the perimeter. Her background in Atlanta public and private education, as well as being the mother of three school aged children, provides Molly a skill set that is valuable to clients currently residing in and around Atlanta as well as those that are relocating to the area.
Molly has owned, renovated, and managed multiple rental properties as well as undertaken large renovations and additions on each home she has owned and has had great personal success in the real estate market. Molly enjoys listening to her clients needs and wants and walking them through each and every aspect of buying and/or selling their home.
