I specialize in real estate in Atlanta, mainly the in-town and Buckhead areas, new construction, relocation, first-time homebuyers, high-end Buckhead estates and investors.
I grew up in Los Angeles, California; currently I have been doing business in Atlanta for twelve years. I started off developing a nationwide company called Temporary Accommodations. I held a position as Operations Coordinator. I was responsible for relocating all individuals and families into temporary housing in Atlanta as well as nationwide. This experience allowed me to move right into real estate with precise knowledge of the area and outstanding customer service.
My expertise in real estate has been with buyers and sellers. The transition can be tricky whether you are relocating from out of town or locally. This is where my service stands above most realtors. I know that it takes patience and time and knowledge to make the transition from one home to the next. I have a thorough knowledge of the market, contract negotiations and finance.
