Dillon Fries
Exclusively engaged in the appraisal of Real Estate since January 1974. Presently owner/president of Dillon H. Fries & Associates, Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants, an appraisal firm located in Roswell, Georgia, being established in March, 1981. Appraisals have been made for first and second mortgages, mortgage insurance, foreclosures, auctions, condemnations, right-of-ways, estate settlements, Buy-Sell-Hold decisions, divorces and relocations. I have been qualified as an expert witness in various courts, including Federal Bankruptcy Court, and Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Cherokee and Pickens Superior Courts. Property types appraised consist of single-family attached and detached residences, condominiums, multiple family residences, apartments, office buildings, retail buildings, warehouses and various types of improved and unimproved commercial properties, subdivisions, acreage and building lots. Presently the majority of work performed is for the purpose of corporate relocations.
