Karen Rodriguez
Karen has 10 years of success in the sales and marketing of some of Atlanta’s finest high-rise condominium projects. Quickly rising through the ranks, Karen was one of the top three Realtors® at her previous company and in the top 7 percent of Realtors® nationwide in condominium sales. Overseeing the sale and negotiations of hundreds of luxury condominiums, Karen has established herself as a “Buckhead High-Rise Expert.”
At her previous company, Karen served as director of sales where she oversaw the sales and marketing for seven new construction condominium projects, in addition to working alongside some of Atlanta’s most prominent real estate developers. She has a thorough knowledge of vertical construction, condominium association management and high volume negotiations.
Karen was hand-selected in 2008 to lead the sales effort for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Atlanta, Buckhead, which opened in November 2010.
