Kathy Rubenstein
Kathy Rubenstein started her real estate career with Dorsey Alston, Realtors® in 2005. Since that time, she has grown her business rapidly representing both buyers and sellers of luxury houses and condominiums throughout metro Atlanta. After completing her first year as a Realtor®, Kathy was named "Rookie of the Year" by Dorsey Alston. By 2010, Kathy completed annual sales of more than $16 million to become the second highest producing agent within the company. Kathy was recognized by the Atlanta Board of Realtors® as the No. 7 top-producing agent in Atlanta for 2010.
Kathy is a life member of The Atlanta Board of Realtors® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. With a strong network of referral and repeat clientele, Kathy attributes her rapid success to her ability to quickly access client needs and desires, her understanding of changing market dynamics and her commitment to providing reliable and dedicated service.
For 10 years prior to becoming a Realtor®, Kathy ran a business consulting practice where she assisted small businesses in Atlanta with bookkeeping and back office administration. Prior to starting her consulting business she worked in marketing for The Coca-Cola Company.
Kathy is active in numerous charitable and community related organizations including Pace Academy, The Northside Youth Organization and The William Breman Jewish Home. Kathy is a native of Atlanta. She attended The University of Texas, and graduated from Georgia State with a degree in Business Administration. She lives in Sandy Springs with her husband and two sons.
