Laura Law
Laura Law began her career in Atlanta real estate more than 20 years ago. Transferred from Southern California in the early 80s, she marketed and managed several executive suite office properties all over metro Atlanta, as well as in Southern California. Her background in sales and marketing includes experience as a market research analyst for a well-known international advertising agency, as well as a marketing and regional sales manager with a luxury hotel company. The past four years she has been selling residential real estate.
Being “transplanted” to the Buckhead area of Atlanta gives her a unique perspective on the process of finding a place to live, especially when combined with the challenge of getting to know a new city, or in some cases, a new region of the country. Having been transferred herself, she knows what it takes to settle into a new area. Now that Atlanta has been home for 22 years, she is practically a native, but can still empathize with the sometimes overwhelming task of getting comfortable in a new environment.
Though primarily focused on Buckhead and surrounding areas, she knows the city inside and out, eastside to westside. She appreciates the beauty that each of Atlanta’s unique, individual neighborhoods has to offer, and loves sharing that experience with her clients.
Laura is married to Philip Law, a (real) native Atlantan. They have two children. She is part of Atlanta’s active volunteer community, and has been involved with the Atlanta Speech School, The Lovett School, Trinity House, the Southeastern Flower Show and the Trust for Public Land. When she’s not out selling Atlanta real estate, she also loves cooking, reading, hiking and playing tennis. Laura, her husband and two children attend St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, and are members of the Piedmont Driving Club.
