Since beginning his career in residential real estate in 2002, Price has achieved many notable accomplishments, including his ranking as one of the Top 15 agents in the Atlanta Board of Realtors 2006-2007, one of the Top 10 agents in the Atlanta Board of Realtors 2008 and also the No. 2 agent at Dorsey Alston Realtors every year since 2005.
Market knowledge
Price believes knowledge is negotiating power. Real market knowledge is gained by the extensive monthly analysis of home sales in the markets he serves. In the process of listing homes or working as a buyer's agent, Price has developed methods for economic analysis of home values that prepares him for negotiation, a process he truly enjoys.
Price focuses heavily on the business prospective of selling your home and representing buyers. Having grown up in Buckhead, Price has incredible first-hand knowledge of the area and the community leaders.
Prior business experience
Before joining Dorsey Alston Realtors, Price was the senior vice president of InterPark, which acquired United Parking of Atlanta. Prior to the acquisition, Price served as the CEO of United Parking, which owned and operated parking facilities. United Parking had more than 200 employees, with revenues exceeding $25,000,000. Price was instrumental in negotiating and executing the sale of the company in 1999.
Prior to joining United Parking, Price also enjoyed a 10-year career in commercial real estate representing owners and tenants in leasing and selling commercial properties.
