    This is the perfect family-friendly neighborhood situated in the heart of Buckhead between Peachtree and Piedmont.  There are several different ways to get involved and meet your neighbors—garden club, the neighborhood foundation, the pool and park association, the civic association, and a variety of fun gatherings throughout the year.  There is no excuse not to be outside with the Garden Hills Pool and Frankie Allen Park.  The Garden Hills Pool is at the core of the neighborhood.  This includes a public pool, pool house, playground, recreation center, and open green space to play.  

  • Garden Hills History
    In 1925, Garden Hills was developed by The Garden Hills Company.  This was a real estate firm founded by an Atlanta lawyer, Phillips Campbell McDuffie.  Over the years, the boundaries of Garden Hills have grown past the original vision of Phillips McDuffie. There is a large range of home prices within the neighborhood making this neighborhood affordable for a variety of budgets.

    Public Schools within the area Garden Hills Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School.  Nearby private schools include Christ the King Catholic School and Atlanta International School.
