  • Peachtree Park Lifestyle
Peachtree Park can be found between Georgia 400 and Piedmont Road.  This Buckhead neighborhood is unique in that there is a bridge that leads from the neighborhood to Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza malls.  This allows residents to easily access these areas by foot and escape the Atlanta traffic on Peachtree Street.  Thanks to the Peachtree Park Civic Association, there are many family-friendly activities that are held throughout the year.  Some of these include a 5k race, Easter egg hunt, and block parties for both Halloween and the 4th of July.  Peachtree Park also offers its own playground and walking trail that families can enjoy.  Many aspects of this neighborhood make it highly sought after by families with young children.

  • Peachtree Park History
Peachtree Park is made up of about 550 homes with many of the homes dating back to the 1920s.  In 1990, East Paces Ferry Road cut-through was closed off.  This eliminated many cars passing through the neighborhood.  This reduced traffic flow turned this neighborhood into the family, friendly neighborhood that it is today!

  • Peachtree Park Schools
Public Schools within the area include Garden Hills Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School.  There are a handful of private schools in the vicinity; some include Christ the King School and Atlanta International School.
