You can find Wildwood in the southwest part of Buckhead and to the west of Howell Mill Road.  The majority of homes in this neighborhood include ranches, bungalows, and renovated cottages.  Beaverbrook Park is within this neighborhood.  It is a 7 acre park offering a playground, trails, and playing fields.  If this is not enough for you, Atlanta Memorial Park is right nearby.  This park includes Bobby Jones Golf Course, Bitsy Grant Tennis Center, walking trails, and even a dog park.  Along with this, the Beltine is in walking distance to the neighborhood!  Since I-75 can be accessed right outside of Wildwood, residents can hop on the highway and be in Midtown or downtown in no time.  Its great location allows residents to easily access Buckhead or Howell Mill Village for any of their wants or needs!

  • Wildwood History
Since the land was considered hallowed ground in the Civil War’s battle for Atlanta, Wildwood was not developed until the 1930s and 1940s.  As a result of this, Wildwood features many newer and more modern homes than the surrounding neighborhoods.
