Allan is a knowledgeable realtor, a kind and down-to-earth person and an all-around easy agent to work with. We contacted Allan when we moved to Atlanta in late 2013, hoping to buy a home in the first half of 2014. Even though we had a bit of time before we were 100% ready to buy, Allan was always willing to show us homes that were of interest, knowing we likely wouldn't be writing an offer just yet. We appreciated his patience and time as we got to know the market and enjoyed learning about the various communities in the Smyrna, Vinings, and Mableton areas. When we found "the house" in April 2014, Allan shifted into negotiation mode and got us an excellent deal on an amazing house. He answered our eleventy million questions, pointed us to a very (very) well-respected and thorough home-inspector, and a home mortgage specialist (Michael Anthony with Access National) that we were incredibly blessed to have during the trying mortgage process. Allan checked in with us often between the accepted contract date and closing day -- and my husband and I were so thankful for his wise counsel along the way. We closed on our house yesterday, will move in next week, and the only regret that we have is that we love the house so much that we won't want to move, and so won't get to work with Allan again for another 20 years or so, perhaps! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Atlanta metro area. You won't be disappointed!

Our most recent home purchase makes my 8th and I have certainly worked with a variety of Realtor over the years. Ashley Riley clearly stands out as "Best in Class" with exceptional service.
