My experience with Julia was nothing short of the most perfect situation that I could have ever imagined as a first time home buyer. Julia was referred to me through mutual friends and I could not have asked for a better agent to help me find my first condo. Julia was incredibly responsive (so responsive that she was sending me potential condos while on vacation in Hawaii), extremely knowledgeable about the area and most importantly an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a home in the Atlanta area then Julia is the person to call. She found me the condo of my dreams and she was also able to immediately get me in touch with a loan provider (who was also extremely responsive and on the ball) as well as put me in touch with all the other service providers that I would need upon buying my condo. She was also very skilled when it came to negotiating with the seller to get exactly what I needed out of the seller in order to purchase the condo. She is very knowledgeable and knew the areas in which I was looking (Brookhaven and Chamblee) quite well. You give her a price range and area and a day later she's got 10 possibilities and ready to go check them out depending on your schedule. Great personality. Very easy to talk to and we have remained friends even after the purchase of my house.
