Cia has spent the last 10 years building her reputation as one of Atlanta’s top real estate agents. She has been consistently recognized as a top producer by both her firm and the Atlanta Association of Realtors. Cia brings a unique perspective to her clients having personally renovated and sold several homes herself. She specializes in the Buckhead area and has a vast knowledge of market trends and conditions in surrounding areas including N. Buckhead, Chastain Park, Sandy Springs and Brookhaven.
In addition to Cia’s expertise as a Realtor, she also runs a home staging division to assist her clients in the listing process. At no cost to her sellers, she stages her listings with furniture and accessories to maximize the appearance of every space in the home.
Market knowledge, personal service and strong inter-broker relationships have been paramount to her success. Cia is skilled in navigating the home buying and selling process from pre-listing to closing and works alongside her clients to make sure their best interests are met.
In 2020 Cia and Realtor Molly Beery formed the Beery Cummings Group. In 2020 the Beery Cummings Group helped more than 65 families with over $49M in sales.
Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Cia moved to Atlanta in 1997 after graduating from the College of Charleston. She began her career in the finance industry before transitioning to real estate sales. She and her husband Larry live in the West Paces Neighborhood along with their three children.
