Julia’s passion for serving her clients and knowledge of Atlanta and Metro Atlanta is evident from the moment you meet. Despite being one of the youngest agents within Dorsey Alston, she has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer since the beginning of her career in Atlanta real estate. Nearing her goal of 100 million in sales, Julia has ranked in the top 20 agents within Dorsey Alston since 2019 and was ranked the #6 agent office-wide in 2021 with over 24 million in individual sales. Julia’s ability to competitively navigate a fast-paced market and diverse range of sale price points all over town sets her apart as your Realtor.

Leading up to the successful start of Julia’s real estate career, she attended Greater Atlanta Christian School and graduated magna cum laude from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a B.B.A in Marketing and Communications. Go Dawgs! Julia’s knack for marketing sharpened during her time at international give-back brand, TOMS, and with a philanthropic fashion company, umano - as seen on Shark Tank in 2015! With an innate love for home building and property development, Julia purchased and completely renovated her first rental property in downtown Alpharetta in 2016. Witnessing the quick appreciation of her property value, nothing excites Julia more than educating her clients on investment opportunities in growing areas of the city and Metro area. 

Julia has been awarded a life-time member of the  Atlanta Board of REALTORS Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Her success derives from promptly communicating with her clients, understanding the language of the contract and simplifying the home buying or selling process. Julia provides unparalleled value by utilizing her team of contractors, vendors and Dorsey Alston staff in order to quickly prepare for market and during negotiations. With the ultimate goal of conducting a smooth and celebratory transaction, Julia prioritizes her clients’ needs while also strengthening co-op agent relationships.

Currently residing in Grant Park,  you can find Julia at the neighborhood farmers market with her fiancé, discovering new restaurants around town or hosting weekly wine + cheese nights. She is a Friend of Emory’s Winship Cancer Institute, donating a portion of every sale to the Radiation Oncology Department. Additionally Julia serves on the Greater Atlanta Christian School Alumni Board, is a member of Buckhead Church and a proud sponsor of 410 Bridge. If she’s not in town, Julia is hopefully with family in Inlet Beach - her favorite vacation spot!
