We worked with Karen to purchase our first home, and we couldn’t be happier. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and made the whole process feel effortless. As first time buyers, she guided us through each step, making sure we understood everything and was always readily available to answer any questions we had. Thanks Karen!
Karen is kind, knowledgeable and hard working.
The best! Dedicated, patient and so smart - she knows everything from the neighborhoods & schools, warning signs to look for, easy reno ideas for fixable areas, and the financing side so you have her and her equally “the best” lender parter to help you understand those pieces.
Karen is amazing! She was able to find the perfect home for me even in today's competitive market.
Karen did a fantastic job helping us navigate the sale of our mother's home after she moved into an independent living facility. She not only maximized our value, she navigated the entire transaction with grace and understanding.
Karen communicated very well and was very easy to work with.
Karen is wonderful! She responded quickly to my texts and emails, negotiated amazingly, and secured my contract! She knew what to do to get my contract to the top of the contenders. The home I wanted to purchase had 10 offers in 24 hours and thanks to her savvy contract skills, I won the bid. I’m so grateful for her. She was attentive every step of the way and extremely knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend.
