Katy Sudlow

Nowadays, it’s rare to find a true Atlanta native in the city but for Katy Sudlow, it’s all she knows. Growing up in Buckhead, Katy has always been proud to call Atlanta her home. After attending Pace Academy & Vanderbilt University where she received her Bachelor’s in Education and Spanish, she taught kindergarten until she made the decision to stay home and raise her children. While doing so, she held various sales jobs and eventually established her own successful catering company.

Prior to joining Dorsey Alston, Katy assisted in the sale of new construction homes in North Buckhead. Katy helped her team secure over $40,000,000 in sold properties.

As a result of her success Katy was named Rookie of the year. She says, “I am incredibly honored and grateful to be named Rookie of the Year. Becoming a Realtor has been one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. I absolutely love everything about this industry and feel like I am finally doing exactly what I was meant to do. I am incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and support from my family, friends and clients.”

When not working, Katy is fully committed to her family and friends. She currently resides in Sandy Springs with her husband Mark and two children. Maddy attends Auburn University, and her son Byrnes is a student at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School. Katy is a member of The Piedmont Driving Club as well as Passion City Church. Staying active in her community, you can likely find her entertaining friends and family at her home, playing tennis, and volunteering both at her children’s school and Young Life Northwest Atlanta.
