The New York Times featured a Peachtree Hills home listed by Olivia Sekerak in a look at the houses individuals can get for a given price around the United States.

Dorsey Alston reviewed FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service) data for June and compared those numbers to the same time last year. Across most markets, we saw a slight uptick in new listings. Sales and close prices were up, and days on the market were half what they were last year.

Dorsey Alston Realtors took an in-depth look at the local housing markets by school districts, the all-important factor that influences home buyers and resale value. While we found across the board growth in average sales prices and sold homes, some districts experienced greater increases than others.
