Buckhead Homes Sales Are Up Year Over Year Despite Low Inventory, High Prices

The average sale price in Buckhead is up 3.9 percent over 2017, noted Michael Rogers, president of Dorsey Alston Realtors. A total of 453 single-family homes have sold in Buckhead in 2018, an increase of 14.4 percent over 2017, he said. The average days on market for those homes that have sold in 2018 is 61 days.
