A North Carolina native, Charlie’s first career in film and television brought her to Atlanta, and she has never looked back. On a range of film projects, she lived and worked all over the metro Atlanta area, learning neighborhoods from Fayetteville to Milton. Charlie has bought, sold, and been a landlord herself, and uses these experiences to help her clients navigate the real estate market here in Atlanta and the surrounding areas.

 

Charlie is also an avid, lifelong equestrian. More often than not, you can find her on a horse, whether training and showing one of her own in North Fulton or teaching riding lessons at Chastain Horse Park. Whether you’re looking for an equestrian estate or an intown abode, Charlie has the experience to help with it all. When she’s not at the barn, you can find her tackling a completely unnecessary DIY project at her home in Sandy Springs, where she lives with her husband and their two very scruffy dogs.
