Her early career began at Delta Air Lines, where she gained operational and marketing experience in Fort Lauderdale, Cincinnati, and Atlanta. She then spent seven successful years in pharmaceutical sales and leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly.

When her two children entered high school, Janet transitioned into real estate—a natural evolution that integrates her business insight, negotiation skills, and genuine passion for helping people.
