  • Inman Park Homes Lifestyle
    Inman Park is one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods.  One of the main attractions to this neighborhood is the annual Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes showcasing some of the beautiful old Victorian homes.  This festival first began in the 1970s and takes place the last weekend of April every year.  Other homes include condos, lofts, and bungalows.  Aside from this, Inman Park has so much more to offer.  They have several parks throughout the neighborhood and residents can also easily access Krog Street Market and the Beltline.  MARTA is also within the neighborhood and allows residents to commute hassle free!

  • Inman Park History
    Established in 1912, Inman Park was the first planned suburb in Atlanta, Georgia.  Inman Park features homes from the late 19th and early 20th centuries known for their great architecture.  The Inman Park historic district and the Inman Park-Moreland Historic District are two historic districts found within this neighborhood.  The black and yellow butterfly is the Inman Park logo which was founded in the 1970s by resident Ken Thompson.  The wings of the butterfly have two faces, one looking forward and one looking back, signifying the theme of rebirth.  This represents the past and future of Inman Park.

    Public Schools within the area include Mary Lin Elementary, Inman Middle School, and Henry W. Grady High School.  Some private schools in the area include the Waldorf School of Atlanta and The New School.
