    Peachtree Heights East and Peachtree Heights West are two separate neighborhoods that are centrally located in Buckhead.  Peachtree Heights East has about 340 homes and is slightly smaller than Peachtree Heights West which has about 400 homes.  Peachtree Heights East is commonly known as “the duck pond neighborhood.” This feature of Peachtree Heights East is what sets it apart from Peachtree Heights West.  Residents have the opportunity to get involved by joining the Ladies of the Lake Organization, the Civic Association, and also have the option to join the Garden Hills Pool. 

  • Peachtree Heights East History
    The development of Peachtree Heights East was laid out in 1908.  In 1922, two residents of the neighborhood were responsible for building the lake which is now referred to as the Duck Pond.  
     

  • Peachtree Heights East Schools
    Public Schools within the area include Morris Brandon Elementary, E. Rivers Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School.  There are a handful of private schools nearby; some include Christ the King School, Atlanta International School, Pace Academy, The Westminster Schools, and The Lovett School.
