Dawn has been my realtor since 2011 when I moved from my family home of 25 years and downsized to a Buckhead townhouse. Two days prior to closing on the townhouse a title issue came up and Dawn immediately took charge and resolved the issue. Six years later I made the decision to leave Buckhead and move to Alpharetta. Dawn found a new development and the perfect place for me! She coordinated with the inspector and the builder to make sure my closing would be flawless. She is hands-on from start to finish! I have referred Dawn to several friends and family members who used her services and they have all found her to be knowledgeable and professional. Dawn is the best!
