Peachtree Hills is known to be a great area for first time home buyers and young families as it is more affordable than the surrounding Buckhead neighborhoods.  One of the main attractions is the Peachtree Battle Shopping Center.  This shopping center is a one stop shop!  It has so much to offer for the residents—grocery, restaurants, boutiques, cleaners, a drug store, and a hardware store just to name a few!  Peachtree Hills also has its own park within the neighborhood offering tennis courts, a gym, a community garden, playgrounds, playing field, and a covered picnic area.  The center of the neighborhood offers a wine shop with weekly tastings and a couple of restaurants.  Treehouse Restaurant and Pub is dog friendly and a neighborhood favorite!   If you have an eye for design, you will love being right next to the Galleries at Peachtree Hills and ADAC.  The Lindbergh MARTA station is within walking distance, so this allows residents to commute hassle free.  There are several events hosted throughout the year by the Peachtree Hills Civic Association to help residents get involved and meet their neighbors!

  • Peachtree Hills History
Development of Peachtree Hills began in 1910 by American Securities Company of Georgia.  This neighborhood was developed between the land that was once the Village of Buckhead and the City of Atlanta.  Peachtree Hills Avenue is the main road that takes you through the center of this inviting neighborhood!
