As a first time home buyer, I was a deer in headlights. I lacked so much knowledge about the process and its intricacies that I probably should've read up on how to do it first. Luckily, I had Julia Sykes on my team. She took the time to educate me, field my dumb questions, and demonstrated tremendous patience with me. She was truly an advocate for me in every respect: She was responsive, kind, professional, thoughtful, and she took the time to develop and remember a working knowledge of my likes and dislikes in the home search process. While demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and competency in her job, working with Julia felt like working with a friend, which made the whole process much less terrifying. I can't recommend her enough and I hope to work with Julia again in a future home search!

Kate McKenzie was a complete joy to work with! She is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, but doesn't everyone want to work with someone that they like and 'click' with? Most importantly, Kate is trustworthy. She gave us all of the facts and advice, and then allowed us to make the decision that was right for us. Kate brought so much knowledge to the table and was able to point out items that were in our blind spot, so we had as much information up front.
