Beth was an absolute godsent in my home purchase process. I was very motivated to buy immediately and everything was done within one month. She knew exactly what kinds of houses would suit me and I really only saw houses that fit the bill. She was incredibly responsive in this entire process which made it easier to negotiate fast or make offers fast. I felt like I was advised very wisely during this entire process. Beth also comes with great recommendations for local services like plumbing or inspection. I would always recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Beth Hawkins is amazing! Not only is she an excellent real estate professional and marketing phenom--she listens ... very carefully! When my wife and I met with Beth to discuss selling our home, she laid out a plan to address each of our four main concerns: pricing our home, presentation/staging our home, marketing our home and safely navigating in a pandemic. Beth provided real solutions, which included a market analysis that was spot on, in terms of how we should price our home (and was later validated via an appraisal), she presented an exceptional marketing campaign that differentiated her from other agents we were interviewing, she provided honest feedback regarding best practices for optimal staging opportunities and most important, she provided guidance and empathy for navigating all of this in the midst of a global pandemic. With all the pieces of the puzzle in place and within 24-48 hours of listing our home, we received five offers and we finalized the closing/sale within 35 days. Previous experiences with real estate agents have not been entirely positive and we are always hesitant when going into a buy or sale relationship.
