"Denise and I sold our house within the last 30 days. I rarely endorse or push products or services, however, in this instance I will make an exception. I need to give a huge shout out to our realtors Barbara and Cindy. We called Barbara on a Saturday afternoon and by Monday morning we had a winning bid on our new home and the wheels in motion to market and list our existing home. Within eight days of making that initial offer, we successfully purchased and sold two properties. I know this market is hot but the level of detail and effort that Babs and Cindy put into getting our house ready for sale was second to none and that was demonstrated in the 43% above asking price that we received. If you are seriously thinking about listing your home, I would gleefully and with confidence recommend Barbara and Cindy."
Cindy, Words cannot begin to express my deep gratitude for the expertise and extra miles you went to sell my house at 25 Pioneer Trail. You did so much knowing I was disabled: 1) checking on the house regularly, 2) making recommendations on ways to improve the appearance of the house, 3) all of your many contacts who could do work on the house, 4) driving me to and from my independent living facility, 5) your idea for a back-up offer in the event the best offer fell through..... it goes on and on. You went many extra miles for me dear ladies and I could not have chosen better listing agents to sell my house. You will be my first recommendation if I hear of anyone looking to sell their house. I will sing you many praises, which you deserve. Most of all I feel like you're my friends and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have met and worked with both of you. Best to you always! Much love, Julia
