We met Karina by chance at an open house, several months before we were actually ready to get serious about buying. But I kept her card (for probably 6+ months) because I was so impressed with her. So when we got ready to buy, we reached out and had a call with her. We also reached out to a couple other agents but we really felt like Karina was the best fit. Turns out it was the BEST decision. She has a lot of great qualities that make her a great agent, but I think what I would highlight the most is her crazy and wonderful attention to detail. There are a lot of steps in the home-buying process and some of them can go very wrong if not handled by someone who really knows what they are doing. Karina will hustle for you. She's incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and effective. She went well above average preparing us and our home as sellers. She also interviewed & ultimately handed us over to an equal BULL of an agent that secured us our new dream home in a very tough market.
