I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kim Crahan to buy my first home. Kim took the time to understand what I was looking for not only inside the home, but the surrounding community as well. Because I was out of state and unable to come to Atlanta for tours, Kim was incredibly thorough in her video walk-throughs (pointing out the good and the bad) which allowed me to feel confident moving to offers on places I hadn't been to in person. Kim was great. My wife and I were relocating for work and Kim could not have been more help. She knew about all areas of the city and was able to help us find the perfect place. Always responsive and able to accommodate our requests she showed us many homes in a very short time due to the relocation process. Kim sold our house this year when we moved out of state. Anyone can list a house and show it, but if you want to sell your house and get it done right, you need a professional like Kim. She found a buyer, negotiated a fair price...and then the work began. Kim was able to guide both parties through the inspections and negotiate an agreement that kept both parties at the table. She gave us a realistic idea of how much work we needed to do to get the house ready to sell, then arranged all the contractors to get the work done. It worked and the house was under contract 4 days after we listed it. Need a plumber to fix a leak right now? Kim's got a guy. Need a some drywall repaired or a painter? Kim knows a guy that will give you a quote today. Buyers are thinking about putting on an addition? Kim knew the zoning laws and what would need a variance from the City. That crack above the fireplace? Kim knew whether or not it was no big deal or a deal breaker. Go ahead and try to sell your house by yourself, it'll cost you.

If I had to buy a home again tomorrow, I would call Kim Crahan lightning fast! My family had to movie quickly, so I gave Kim my husband's office location and told her I needed a home close and zoned for the best schools possible. Before even visiting, she was linking me with multiple homes that fit our criteria. We find our new home on our first house hunting day! She's a great negotiator and we wanted to close quickly: she made it happen.
