Lindsey Cheney serves her clients through a personal mission statement, “Helping you move through life!”. Her business experience, education and unique talents provide the understanding and expertise you need from a Realtor®, because the transition of buying or selling a home effects all aspects of your life.
Lindsey earned her Business Management Degree concentrated in Finance from North Carolina State University in only three years. Her time management and organizational skills combined with her knowledge of business and communication have proved to be vital to her success in Real Estate. Her clients rely on her knowledge and experience to guide them through the negotiation, paperwork and details of turning their dream into a reality.
Beginning her career in 2009 Lindsey has shaped her busIness through referrals from past clients and repeat business, focusing on her client relationships. She is a member of the 2013-current Atlanta Million Dollar Sales Club.
Lindsey’s primary focus is her clients! She works many areas of Atlanta with the majority focus being neighborhoods inside the perimeter: Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, Vinings, Brookhaven and Buckhead markets. Lindsey has also works in Atlanta’s surrounding suburbs including Reynolds Lake Oconee. A Personal Note
Lindsey is married to Jarod Cheney and they live with their golden retriever Georgia in historic Inman Park in a home Lindsey Renovated in 2015. On April 29-May 1, 2016 Lindsey’s personal home was on the Inman Park tour of homes. Real Estate is her career and passion. Design, renovation and decorating are some of her talents. Although she was raised in North Carolina, Lindsey’s family ties to the area extend back several generations. One of Lindsey’s favorite things about Atlanta is that each area has it’s own culture, restaurants, shops and spirit so no matter what you are looking for you can always find it in Atlanta. Lindsey loves everything the city has to offer; but treasures the history, tradition and charm that make Atlanta her southern Home.
