Lindsey earned her Business Management Degree concentrated in Finance from North Carolina State University in only three years. Her time management and organizational skills combined with her knowledge of business and communication have proved to be vital to her success in Real Estate. Her clients rely on her knowledge and experience to guide them through the negotiation, paperwork and details of turning their dream into a reality.
Beginning her career in 2009 Lindsey has shaped her business through referrals from past clients and repeat business, focusing on her client relationships. She is a Lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Top Producer’s.
Lindsey’s primary focus is her clients! She is known for always putting the client’s needs first. Working in a wide range of locations to meet her client’s needs she has developed in-depth knowledge of Atlanta’s neighborhoods focusing inside the perimeter. Lindsey has also works in Atlanta’s surrounding suburbs. In 2012 Lindsey and her husband began spending time at Reynolds Lake Oconee. During 2020 Lindsey relocated to Reynolds Lake Oconee and has pivoted to be a premier buyer’s agent for Lake Oconee mainly working with individuals who are looking for the education and experience Dorsey Alston is well known for and the local knowledge of the ins and outs of Lake Oconee. Personal Note
Lindsey is married to Jarod Cheney President of Massana Construction, They live with their golden retriever Dolly and son Ryan at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Prior to their move in 2020 Lindsey lived in Historic Inman Park. The Cheney’s renovated a 1907 American four Square this personal residence of the Cheney’s was on the Inman Park Tour of Homes in 2016. Real Estate is her career and passion. Design, renovation and decorating are some of her talents. Lindsey’s family ties to Georgia extend back several generations. One of Lindsey’s favorite things about Atlanta is that each area has it’s own culture, restaurants, shops and spirit so no matter what you are looking for you can always find it! The small town living of Lake Oconee brings peace, nature and recreational sports into your everyday life just 1.5 hours East of the city! Lindsey loves everything the city has to offer; but treasures the natural beauty of Lake Oconee that makes it her southern home!
