Originally hailing from the metro-Atlanta suburb of Duluth, Liz attended the University of Georgia in Athens and upon graduating in 2010, moved to Atlanta to immerse herself in the PR and marketing world. She represented locally-owned restaurants and establishments before taking her talents to the corporate marketing department of Harry Norman, REALTORS. It was during this time that Liz fell in love with real estate and a few years later, she decided to put her expertise to good use as a realtor with Dorsey Alston.
Liz is excited to use her expansive marketing skills and robust knowledge of the city of Atlanta (both ITP and OTP) to service her clients. Liz’s stellar communication skills paired with her deep understanding of the ins-and-outs of social media and advertising will prove invaluable for both new home buyers and those looking to list or purchase luxury properties.
Currently, Liz and her husband, Teddy, reside in the Pine Hills neighborhood of Buckhead with their puppy, Buddy. In her free time, Liz enjoys photography, exploring the Beltline, and cheering on the Braves at SunTrust Park.
As a first time, single, potential homeowner, I was initially hesitant to even begin the process. Though, what Liz was able to provide was the most essential level of peace of mind I needed to jump right in. From the very start of the process, she will ensure that your experience is both stress-free and actually enjoyable!
As soon as I reached out to her, she was completely devoted to looking for the right home for me, based on my preference and budget. Despite being just one of her many other clients, she still had the remarkable ability to make me feel like I was her only client—she was never annoyed by my inquiries, always welcomed a quick phone call, and never let me just “settle,” on anything except for what I really LOVED. Above all else, she maintained a level of professionalism and genuine interest in my time, in regards to making sure that I got the most out of my experience when going on showings.
She was quite attentive to every detail I told her that I wanted in a home. As I do not tend to provide reviews for anything, unless it’s an entirely unacceptable or horrible experience, my inclination to write my review for Liz is simply due to how comfortable and calm she is able to make you feel during, perhaps, one of the most stressful processes in anyone’s life. When making a major decision, like purchasing a home, I would be remiss in not recommending her to any and every one looking for either their first or next home.Thank you so much Liz!
My wife and I recently made a major move from Florida, back to Georgia. We anticipated how costly it would be and wanted a realtor that would give us close attention to details of the type of home we were seeking. We consulted with a local and very knowledgeable realty company, Dorsey Alston, having known their reputation, and Liz Bowling was the representative realtor that worked with us.
Liz proved to be knowledgeable of the area we were looking in, as well as extremely diligent in her professionalism and follow-up. We appreciated that!
Upon regularly sending us properties that matched our search, she would set up timely showings for those we requested and provide us with creative and thoughtful ideas and opinions. Further, Liz was extremely helpful in cost cutting, introducing us to her agency’s programs for shopping professional movers and financing.
In all, I would strongly recommend Liz Bowling to any prospective buyer or seller looking for honesty, diligence, creative thinking and follow-through. She has the energy that produces immediate results and defines the motivated professional.
