Peachtree Heights West Homes and Lifestyle
Peachtree Heights East and Peachtree Heights West are two separate neighborhoods that are centrally located in Buckhead. Peachtree Heights East has about 340 homes and is slightly smaller than Peachtree Heights West which has about 400 homes. Peachtree Heights West is home to the Atlanta History Center and the Swan House.

Peachtree Heights West History
The land to develop Peachtree Heights West was purchased in 1910. In 1980, Peachtree Heights West, formerly called Peachtree Heights Park Historic District, was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. -
Peachtree Heights West Schools
Public Schools within the area include Morris Brandon Elementary, E. Rivers Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School. There are a handful of private schools nearby; some include Christ the King School, Atlanta International School, Pace Academy, The Westminster Schools, and The Lovett School.
