I hate surprises and with Kate there for us every step of the way while we sold one home and bought another there were none. She made sure we knew when inspectors were scheduled, how to navigate financing, what to expect at closing, how to get utilities turned on and so much more. I cannot say enough about how Kate's expertise, attentiveness and good humor made working with her such a good experience.
