In our specific case, Cary was presented with the challenge of finding two investment properties in Atlanta. Not only is it hard to find condos free of rental restrictions, the properties needed to generate an attractive ROI based on potential rental income and purchase price. Cary was able to use his in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta condo market, specific neighborhood trends, and his network connections to quickly find properties that would fit the bill, some of which were not yet on the market. Best of all, with his ‘get things done’ attitude, we were able to close on two properties simultaneously in 10 days from signing the contract while we were remote in New York City.
