Austin is the best agent we could have asked for! As first time home buyers the process of buying a home was very intimidating and he guided us through it with such ease and confidence. From sitting us down when we first met to talk us through what to expect in the process (steps, financials, etc.) to going on endless showings with us across town and multiple rounds of negotiations, he was truly committed to helping us find our first home. He also fielded our many questions with patience and understanding. Not to mention, he is so much fun to hangout with! I am going to miss seeing him all the time now that we have our home. Austin is a great real estate agent! He is very knowledgeable of the greater Atlanta market and was able to give us great advice all throughout our home-buying process. There were multiple offers on the house we ultimately bought, and Austin was instrumental on producing the listing agent with a competitive offer without my wife and I overpay. We worked with Austin to buy our home. From start to finish, he was great and always tried to respond as quickly as he could to any change or question along the way. He is extremely competent with the intricacies of real estate which became evident from our first meeting. When documents were required, he had them in our emails right away. We had a very difficult seller's agent and Austin worked tirelessly to reach her, even if she did not respond. He helped us switch lenders with ease, when our "big bank"lender dropped the ball. Austin is the simply the best!!! After our initial client meeting to discuss wants/needs/price range, we were under contract within ~2 weeks! This is even more impressive when factoring in that we had a pretty unconventional, first time home buying scenario - My husband and I were currently primarily residing in south Alabama (~4.5 hours away) for the summer, but were purchasing our FIRST home in Atlanta. Austin made use of limited days that I had in Atlanta to show us potential homes (my husband often having to join via FaceTime) and didn't waste any time showing us things that didn't fit our goals. He also still made sure to remind us "not to settle" or jump on the first property that checked the boxes even though we had a unique scenario and limited time. As a result, we found the perfect first home! We closed on a home that never hit the open market, which speaks volumes for his networking skills (sellers were contacting him about their properties just from him putting out feelers in the neighborhood we were most interested in)! We had heard plenty of stories from friends that first home buying was overwhelming or stressful with the agents they had used, but we are thrilled to say that things were seamless with Austin! He made sure we were comfortable with every decision, walked us "newbies" through the mounds of paperwork, and answered all the questions we had even if it meant late night texts or phone calls. For example, the HVAC was working when we went under contract but was inoperable at inspection - Austin was quick to not only alert the seller but also went back to the property himself to be sure it was working after she said it was fixed in order to give us peace of mind about moving forward since we were out of town. Austin is honest, professional, and most importantly knows his stuff! We appreciated how easy going he was and his great sense of humor as well! I could go on and on but to summarize this short novel, we are a couple of happy first-time home owners that would recommend Austin Landers 1000x over!

I can't recommend Austin enough. First thing I l'd like to mention is that all of this was handled while living 1000 miles away. From helping me find a contractor several months before even being able to list to making my first time selling as simple as it could be; I would almost be willing to go through the process again just because of how certain I am of the help and guidance that I was provided. My only gripe is that I can't use him for Austin, TX, but even then he was willing to match me up with someone local. Again. I can't recommend Austin enough.
