But as our buyer's agent she really zeroed in on what we needed and where it needed to be to remind us why moving was indeed the right decision for us. I hate surprises and with Kate there for us every step of the way while we sold one home and bought another there were none. She made sure we knew when inspectors were scheduled, how to navigate financing, what to expect at closing, how to get utilities turned on and so much more. I cannot say enough about how Kate's expertise, attentiveness and good humor made working with her such a good experience.

After 20 years in the same house and kids heading to college, it was time to go.
