I had the pleasure of having Katie as my realtor in the search and purchase for my first family home. I can honestly say it was so refreshing being able to communicate and trust that she will get the job done. The knowledge she had, and relayed to us was invaluable, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to reach a family and life goal with Katie! I cannot say enough positive things about Katie. We thought the home buying process would be stressful and daunting, but spending Saturdays touring with her felt like hanging out with an old friend. She is so cheerful and really took the time to get to know us, our style, and our hobbies so that she could really speak to how we would be living in each of the homes. When it came to negotiations, she was fierce and unwavering and got us an incredible deal on our dream home. She paid attention to the details, educated us so much throughout the process, and went out of her way to ease the process & our minds time and time again.
