She made sure we knew when inspectors were scheduled, how to navigate financing, what to expect at closing, how to get utilities turned on and so much more. I cannot say enough about how Kate's expertise, attentiveness and good humor made working with her such a good experience.

After 20 years in the same house and kids heading to college, it was time to go.
