Jennie was great through the entire selling process. My wife and I were in a unique situation, we were selling our condo in Midtown but we lived in South Carolina. Jennie went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were happy and to educate us on the process. She assisted us with getting connected with a contractor to make minor repairs. She met the contractor at the building to ensure he wouldn’t have a problem getting in and out and ensured that he completed the work since we were out of state. It was our first experience being on the selling side of things and we were 110% satisfied. Not only is Jennie an awesome realtor but she’s a great person and awesome to work with! We highly recommend.

Carly was so wonderful to work with! As first time home buyers, she was so patient looking at house after house and finally found the perfect starter home! We started off looking at homes to remodel then quickly decided we didn't want to do a complete remodel. Carly was so helpful when we shifted gears and neighborhoods. Even after buying our home we ran into a few problems and she was so willing to help get in contact with the right people to fix/solve our problems! Once my house went on the market, we had a few frustrating situations occur that were completely outside of our control and while it was very stressful, I had peace of mind knowing that Blair was on top of it. Blair reinforced this peace of mind because she was always proactive with her communication. During the process, she was having to deliver unpleasant news due to poor communication on the side of other stakeholders. In addition to her proactive communication with me, she came prepared with possible solutions and proactive next steps. In fact, my friend was recently buying a house on the west coast and was not having a positive experience. She asked me multiple times if Blair could be her realtor because she was so impressed (and jealous) with my experience!

There truly aren't enough good things we can say about our experience working with Hilary. As first time buyers, we had endless questions and concerns about every part of the home buying process...and I mean EVERY part. She never showed an ounce of frustration or impatience, and handled everything we threw at her with ease, poise and expertise. I would not advise anyone in the Atlanta area to use anyone but Austin! He is absolutely amazing!!!! We worked with us so well. We came away with the exact price, closing date, and items fixed we wanted! Oh did I mention, $35k below list price!
