She was very attentive, flexible, worked hard for me, and helped me get the best deal I could have hoped for. - Ashley was able to get me a 2 year home warranty from the seller because the hot water heater, HVAC unit, and appliances were all original to the unit and I was concerned they would break soon. - Ashley got me into the unit before closing so I could take measurements, etc. with contractors which was very helpful. -Ashley helped me do all this in the middle of a pandemic which was also very helpful to have someone so easy to work with in such an difficult time.

The process had been painful and discouraging until Judy got involved. I had nearly given up. Britton McCloud is an excellent realtor. We give her an A++. She has excellent listening skills and is very thorough and detail oriented. Not only did she show us homes in Sandy Springs, Buckhead, and Brookhaven, but she also researched doctors for us who were taking new patients, set us up with a good cleaning lady, gave us names and contact information for an electrician and suggested places to purchase carpeting. Since we were not able to go to Atlanta for the closing Britton face timed us an hour before closing walking us through our new town home so we could see that everything was left in good condition.
