Ashley is a breath of fresh air! I have worked with many "sales" people in my life that are so anxious to make a sale that they often ignore the best interests of their client. Ashley is the opposite. She takes time to really listen to what you are looking for and what you want/need in a home. First let me say that I was looking to rent a property. I understand that does not generate as much revenue for an agent as a sale, but I reached out to 10+ agents with no response. My email to Ashely about one of her properties was answered within an hour of me sending it. That property was no longer available, but she called me and talked me through what I was looking for and started sending me listings. I was in a major time crunch and it was right near the Thanksgiving holiday, but Ashley went out of her way to make time for me. She listened to my concerns, provided recommendations, she had all of the info at the ready any time I had a question. She made an otherwise nightmare process a total breeze. Once I found a property I liked, she kept on top of the listing agent. I had such a short time to sign the contract and move in, and if it had not been for Ashley's dedication and persistence, I do not know what I would have done! Ashely is knowledgeable about multiple areas of town. The areas she was not as familiar with she helped me research. She is honest and friendly, and goes out of her way to help you find what you are looking for. I jokingly say she was my "real estate counselor" during this time as I bounced ideas, fears, and concerns off of her. She offered assistance and advice at every turn. Even after I moved in, she sent me a small "thank you" housewarming gift! She truly is a trusted adviser in the real estate industry. When I am ready to purchase, she is the only agent I would want to work with!

From the get-go Liz portrayed a professionalism and friendliness that made us feel wonderfully confident. In our first meeting, she explained the whole process, soup to nuts, and created excitement as well set realistic expectations. She spoke to our fears and answered questions we didn't even know we had. When it came time to look at homes, she was never pushy or annoyed with the 40+ homes we visited (and rejected.) She fought hard and tirelessly when we put in our offers and moved quickly when there were updates or changes to our strategy. Elizabeth is the best in the biz. As a first time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience (even as we navigated quarantine challenges.) Elizabeth is knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. Most importantly, though, she's incredibly patient.
