I can not put into words how amazing Kim Junod is as a real estate agent. I have always heard from friends that buying a house was the most stressful experience they have ever had. That was not my experience at all. As a new home buyer, I had a lot of concerns but Kim was very patient with me and explained the entire process. She actually made it fun! Kim is very knowledgeable and is a great interior decorator. She also just renovated her own house so she was a great asset when looking at properties that needed work. Hire him!! Allan is very knowledgeable about the market and about the process, and he is very quick to respond to calls and emails. I was a first-time buyer and really appreciated his attentiveness. He is patient, easy-going, and not pushy at all. He stays on top of deadlines and keeps you informed. He also has a great network of other professionals he can recommend including home inspectors, lenders, contractors, designers, etc. He is just a wealth of information. We have worked with Jill buying two properties and selling one. From the beginning Jill has always been honest, realistic, and friendly.
