After 20 years in the same house and kids heading to college, it was time to go. We listed our house with Kate and she took the reins and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. Kate is a straight-shooter, and she was very clear about what would be required in order to ensure a smooth sales process. She was professional, reassuring and best of all, was completely level-headed and funny. We all got along really well throughout the process and if Kate hadn’t been the person guiding the sale of our house, it’d likely still be for sale. During our closing, Kate was the only one in the room who had all of her ducks together and caught several glaring errors introduced by other parties. For our next step, we were buying a townhouse and fully intended to do so without an agent. It didn't take long for us to realize that there were many unanticipated issues and questions; we were in over our heads – Kate to the rescue! Again. I can’t say enough good things about her and am happy to now call her a good friend.

Allan was so great to work with. He was extremely responsive to questions and requests. He helped guide us in our home searching and advised us to why we may or may not want to check out a home based on the criteria we had expressed we wanted/needed. He was knowledgeable of the area we were looking for and other realtors in the industry so as to keep a pulse on the other side. We are now in our dream home thanks to him!
