Allan helped us buy our first home back in 2018 in West Midtown and was very patient as it was a new build that was delayed over a year. He stayed on top of the sales agent/builder to help get a lot of our questions answered. In 2021, Allan was pivotal in locking down our first single-family home in Dunwoody in an insanely high-priced market. He speaks his honest opinion and does not sugarcoat anything which is necessary in the competitive real estate world. He pays attention to the details and has a good intuition for how we were feeling about each home we saw. He helped us pick our battles as far as what to negotiate and what to not negotiate. Allan was crucial throughout the whole process and even helped us resolve an inspection warranty item after we had already moved in, which is just straight dedication! He is all about customer service and couldn't be any happier with his service. Also, he has become a good friend!

I cannot begin to cover the myriad ways in which Ashley made the process of listing and selling my parents' house the success that it was from start to finish. She talked with my father at length about realistic comp's and how the sale might proceed. She gave me valuable advice on prepping the house for sale and staging. When it came time to make select repairs, updates and small remodeling projects to maximize the house's value, Ashley put us in contact with several contractors who were professional, responsive, efficient and did great work. When it became apparent that housing values had begun to spike, Ashley made sure that our pricing reflected that trend and, yet, the house was still under contract within three days. She stayed in constant touch with us throughout the entire closing process and her communication from start to finish was everything that we could have hoped for. She was absolutely professional and ethical. We highly recommend Ashley as either a buyers' or sellers' agent.

If I had to buy a home again tomorrow, I would call Kim Crahan lightning fast! My family had to movie quickly, so I gave Kim my husband's office location and told her I needed a home close and zoned for the best schools possible. Before even visiting, she was linking me with multiple homes that fit our criteria. We find our new home on our first house hunting day! She's a great negotiator and we wanted to close quickly: she made it happen. (I should mention in the past, realtors have pushed me and my husband to homes above our price range I'm sure to pad their commissions. When you give Kim your price range, she takes it as the gospel truth.) This is the fourth home we've purchased, and we had the quickest, easiest, and most enjoyable experience buying our home with Kim. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

They knew exactly how to structure a competitive offer to snag our dream home off market, and their strategy to list our house got it sold in ONE day for 113% of our asking price! We appreciated their candor and patience, both of which are SO important to finding a house in today’s market! We would 100% recommend both of them without hesitation.
