Heather helped me sell my home in 2015 and purchase a home in 2016. She advised me on items to do before the listing and then also hired a person to stage the home. The home sold at 92% of list price just before Thanksgiving 2015. I thought this was acceptable since it was close to the holidays and there are not as many buyers during that time of year. She is very knowledgeable and flexible and I would use her again!

Britton McCloud is an excellent realtor. We give her an A++. She has excellent listening skills and is very thorough and detail oriented. She is knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of the real estate business. She has a great personality and is very likable. We currently live in New York state. Not only did she show us homes in Sandy Springs, Buckhead, and Brookhaven, but she also researched doctors for us who were taking new patients, set us up with a good cleaning lady, gave us names and contact information for an electrician and suggested places to purchase carpeting. Since we were not able to go to Atlanta for the closing Britton face timed us an hour before closing walking us through our new town home so we could see that everything was left in good condition.
