We worked with Austin to buy our home. From start to finish, he was great and always tried to respond as quickly as he could to any change or question along the way. He is extremely competent with the intricacies of real estate which became evident from our first meeting. When documents were required, he had them in our emails right away. We had a very difficult seller's agent and Austin worked tirelessly to reach her, even if she did not respond. He helped us switch lenders with ease, when our "big bank"lender dropped the ball. We knew and felt that Austin was fighting on our behalf the entire way. We could never have maneuvered through this process without him. He was a complete pleasure to work with.

As a first time, single, potential homeowner, I was initially hesitant to even begin the process. Though, what Liz was able to provide was the most essential level of peace of mind I needed to jump right in. From the very start of the process, she will ensure that your experience is both stress-free and actually enjoyable! As soon as I reached out to her, she was completely devoted to looking for the right home for me, based on my preference and budget. Despite being just one of her many other clients, she still had the remarkable ability to make me feel like I was her only client—she was never annoyed by my inquiries, always welcomed a quick phone call, and never let me just “settle,” on anything except for what I really LOVED. Above all else, she maintained a level of professionalism and genuine interest in my time, in regards to making sure that I got the most out of my experience when going on showings. She was quite attentive to every detail I told her that I wanted in a home. As I do not tend to provide reviews for anything, unless it’s an entirely unacceptable or horrible experience, my inclination to write my review for Liz is simply due to how comfortable and calm she is able to make you feel during, perhaps, one of the most stressful processes in anyone’s life. Carly was so wonderful to work with! As first time home buyers, she was so patient looking at house after house and finally found the perfect starter home! We started off looking at homes to remodel then quickly decided we didn't want to do a complete remodel. Carly was so helpful when we shifted gears and neighborhoods. Even after buying our home we ran into a few problems and she was so willing to help get in contact with the right people to fix/solve our problems! Scott was exceptional in helping us sell our condo. He did a great job negotiating the sales price, provided regular updates and feedback on showings, and overall is just a pleasant and nice guy to work with. I highly recommend him. It would be hard to find anyone better.

We bought and sold our home with Kate and she was very personable and professional throughout the entire process. She would go the extra mile to make sure the open house was perfect and was open minded when we were unsure in our home search. She brings a local knowledge of the area which is very helpful and made the process much less stressful for us!

We met Carrie at an open house. She was kind and professional. She had no idea who we were, our needs or whether we could even buy a home. It never mattered. Months later, when we were serious, the first person we thought of was Carrie. She lived up to our first perceptions: kind, knowledgeable, resourceful and smart as a whip.
