We have worked with Jill buying two properties and selling one. From the beginning Jill has always been honest, realistic, and friendly. Cia Cummings is an absolute joy to work alongside with when it comes to finding a house. Once we zeroed in on our future house, her skills and knowledge around preparing our offers, what to consider and how to make it lighthearted astounded me. Cia was never “not available” to deal with all of the work between contract acceptance and the closing. Cia is consistently on top of any real estate opportunity you bring her way.

This is our third real estate transaction with Judy. The first was when she helped us purchase our home in Clearwater, followed by the sale of a rental house and recently the sale of vacant land. Judy has an excellent knowledge of market values, she is quick to return calls and is always professional when negotiating with both buyers, agents and others involved in the transactions. We have worked with other real estate agents in the past that have not demonstrated nearly the dedication that Judy has.

After trying desperately (and failing miserably) to try and find a place for my husband and I on our own - we contacted Carly to help with our search. She jumped in two feet first and within a day or so had dozens of options for us to look through, all easily organized by neighborhood. She listened to our wants/needs/must haves and she was able to line up several of fantastic places for us to look at. She handled every bit of the process (from gate codes to coordinating with realtors) and made it SO easy for us to find our perfect place!
