I have known Caroline for over 15 years and she has assisted my wife and I with three separate real estate transactions, two on the selling side and one on the buying side. More specifically, Caroline assisted us with buying a house in Atlanta while we lived in London. Caroline’s knowledge of the market and her ability to quickly understand our preferences and desires in a home made a complicated process seamless. There were no lack of challenges which included five time zones, limited on the ground time in Atlanta and a severe lack of inventory (circa 2009). Got our house over asking and under contract within 12 HOURS of listing 2. Pulled together dozens of homes for us to look at given our preferences working nights and weekends. 3. Negotiated a fantastic price on our (hopeful) NEW home. All this being done within days...not weeks or months! You need to get out there and lock in Jennie if you’re buying/selling. You will not regret it. Deciding to sell you first home and buy a new one is a very stressful process but when you have someone who focuses on the needs of their clients and not just a price point it makes the experience amazing. I would never go with another person or firm. As I’ve said before; if you’re in the market and you don’t know Jennie Wilson, you should. You will not be disappointed.

Kim is one buttoned-up professional. Kim sold one house for me and then worked with me to buy the next one. Her initial marketing presentation was impressive; data-driven, strategic, convincing. Kim is energetic and energizing - no bad days when Kim's leading the charge. She's creative, and inventive; her "you always have other options" attitude means there's no settling.
