When we decided it was time to move to be closer to work and school, I remembered that a friend had raved about her realtor when she sold her house last year. She gave us Kate Burke's contact information and we could not have been happier about our experience working with her. As our listing agent she gave such great advice about how to prep and stage our house that we weren't always sure we wanted to leave anymore! But as our buyer's agent she really zeroed in on what we needed and where it needed to be to remind us why moving was indeed the right decision for us. I hate surprises and with Kate there for us every step of the way while we sold one home and bought another there were none. She made sure we knew when inspectors were scheduled, how to navigate financing, what to expect at closing, how to get utilities turned on and so much more.
