Judy Patch is an exceptional agent and really took care of us. As someone moving from CT to FL we needed the experience of someone that knew the area well. She was able to understand what we wanted and work with us by guiding us in different areas. Relocation is not easy and can be a very difficult task. With Judy as our guide the process was much better... If we could have given higher marks for her, my wife and I would have. She is extremely competent and a GREAT pleasure to work with. One year after Maria helped me find my condo, I decided to sell and move out of town. With complete confidence and no hesitation, I contacted Maria to handle the sale. Again, Maria proved the consummate real estate professional. One of the many things that I appreciate about working with Maria, is that she does not make assumptions, she checks and rechecks all details and makes sure that I understand and am comfortable with all aspects of buying or selling - from listing to offers to counter-offers to contract to inspection reports (ugh!) to compliance to closing!

I can't recommend Austin enough. First thing I l'd like to mention is that all of this was handled while living 1000 miles away. From helping me find a contractor several months before even being able to list to making my first time selling as simple as it could be; I would almost be willing to go through the process again just because of how certain I am of the help and guidance that I was provided. My only gripe is that I can't use him for Austin, TX, but even then he was willing to match me up with someone local. Again. I can't recommend Austin enough.

As a first time home buyer, there is no one else that I would have rather had by my side during this process than Julia. She is so kind and knowledgeable, and was very transparent throughout everything so that I always knew what was going on. I had a pretty quick timeline, and she dove right in, helping me find a house less than two weeks after we started looking. She's definitely the girl you want on your side of the table, and she will make the home buying process so much fun! 10/10 would use her again and recommend her to anyone looking for an A+ realtor!

Neeley was an incredible realtor for our family. She helped us find our dream house when we weren't even sure we were ready to look! She made the process so smooth and walked us through every step. Neeley worked hard to make sure our old house was ready to sell and put on highly successful open house events that attracted a large audience. Kara was incredible to work with. She found us the perfect house, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She was with us every step of the way, and even after we closed stayed in close touch to make sure everything was going smoothly and answer any questions that arose. I purchased a condo in Vinings/Smyrna in 2009 that Allan was selling. The negotiation went well, and I got a good deal on it. Several months later I asked Allan to be my Realtor, and help me find a single-family home. Allan worked very hard for me showing me homes in my price range, and homes that had what I wanted. My search was pretty spread out over Atlanta, and Allan is very knowledgeable of the entire Atlanta market which helped my decision on which county, school district, etc. I was impressed with his timeliness, responsiveness, and willingness to listen to me. In addition to the homes he found for me, I also sent him a number of homes that I had found that he was willing and able to get me in for a showing. When I met Allan at the house I ended up purchasing, he had a smile on his face. I asked him why and he said, "I think this house has everything you have been looking for!" He was right. I knew right away that this was "my" house. He helped me to close quickly and even got me a lower price than my original offer price.I highly recommend Allan. I have already referred a couple of friends to him, and I know he found a house for friends of mine moving here to Atlanta. He is by far the best Realtor I have worked with.

Liz made the home buying process SO easy for us! We were first time home buyers and she made it feel like a complete breeze. She’s super communicative, works FAST on your behalf and so honest about the homes we looked at. She was 100% real about things that we should pay attention to, things that would be bad for us for resale value, she was honest about neighborhoods, etc. She will go above and beyond to help get you a good deal. In our case, she got the sellers to contribute more than we expected to our closing costs which was such a nice surprise! I highly recommend working with Liz to anyone - whether you’re a new buyer or not, you’ll be properly taken care of by Liz!
