This was my first home purchase, and Austin truly made the process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the surrounding Atlanta areas, and I trusted that he would help me find a home in a nice, safe area. Austin was extremely patient with the many “first time buyer” questions that I had along the process. He was very aware of my “must haves” and was able to maximize our search days by finding houses that aligned with my asks and price range. I will also add that Austin was very accommodating and available to check places ad hoc. Likewise, he was very responsive and I never felt like I was anything but his first priority. He goes above and beyond on everything which is really refreshing to see in a real estate agent. I will add that I was one of 7 offers on my house. I believe one of the reasons the seller chose my offer was due to Austin’s attention to detail. He prepared my offer according to their requests and requirements (the first time)- which the sellers later indicated wasn’t the case with the other agents. Ultimately the seller saw that this would be a quick and easy process working with us. Lastly, I was also impressed with the connections that he’s established. Austin was connected with many reputable companies- from lenders to flooring companies and locksmiths. Many of which I used during my purchasing process. This made it really seamless for me. Overall, Austin was fabulous (and a lot of FUN) to work with, yet meticulous and professional throughout the process. He keeps the process FUN!

Working with Kara was a great decision for our family. She made an otherwise complex and scary process simple and fun. She strikes a great balance between firmness in opinion and she does not hesitate to tell you the truth even if it’s not what you want to hear which helped to manage our expectations. Our partnership with Kara helped us to realize the right call was to walk away from a house under contract. She was instrumental in helping us to avoid a major mistake even though it was in her interest for us to purchase the home. I work for a large bank and anticipated working with them for lending purposes. By the time we secured a Pre qualification letter from them, Kara had facilitated a letter with a local banker and put in three offers on homes. She knows the local market well and moves faster than larger offices that aren’t as well versed. She is highly charming but will also fight fiercely for her clients needs. As a result she can propose stronger offers on accelerated timelines. This was what got us our house where we won against competing offers. She got our family in first before anyone else. I highly recommend Kara Woodall as a realtor and those who elect to pursue another option are missing out. As serious as her service is, she makes the process fun. I firmly believe we got a good deal on our home and would not have had as much success without Kara.
