I had the pleasure of meeting Britton through another one of her clients who is a good friend of mine. I was in love with my friend’s house and impressed by her realtor which was Britton, which is why I wanted Britton to be my realtor. I also feel more confident with a realtor who has been in the business long enough to have the much-needed connections to get a quick closing process executed. I could not be happier with the results. I was working full time and in graduate school so I was a bit hard to get ahold of when looking at houses. Britton was very patient with me over 2 years and was not overly pushy and gave me just the amount of needed space and knew when it was time to step up. I was up and down of wanting to buy and finally got serious the last 3 months and found my dream home that Britton scooped up before pictures of the house were even on the market. Britton quickly grasped a good idea of what we wanted and were looking for and found exactly that. I still haven’t seen a house come up as good since we bought our house. Another aspect I really appreciated and liked about Britton is her closing capabilities. Her advice was impeccable and saved me a good bit of money by acting fast and closely avoiding a bidding war. I loved going in with the clean offer that she suggested and then getting a lot of things we wanted at the end. She also is extremely helpful after the buying/closing process by providing people to help make any repairs on the house or anything you may desire. Britton is a stellar agent and comes highly recommended!

I met Allan Minter in January 2012 when I moved in next door to him and his wife in Brookhaven. We immediately hit it off and became instant friends. Since I have known him, he always seemed happy and optimistic, and carried an infectious attitude and demeanor. I knew that he was in real estate, however, it wasn't until later into our friendship that I learned how good he really was at his job - continually working overtime to make sure clients needs are met & winning awards left and right for his service and expertise in his field. So in 2015 when it became time for my wife and I to start "window" shopping for our new home, my obvious choice was to go with Allan. We have a very specific taste, and had no need to move - but we're interested in moving if the perfect dream home presented itself. Allan set us up with email alerts, and recommended various homes that fit our description - however, to be honest, we did change our minds a few times throughout the process and I can only imagine how hard it was for him to keep smiling and bear with us. That being said, he altered the search everytime to meet our new needs. After a few months of just looking, we found our dream home - which was listed on a Thursday. I immediately contacted Allan and asked him to get us a tour. He got us an appointment for the very next day at noon - working around our schedule. The house was everything we had hoped for and more and we instantly fell in love!! Unfortunately, two other people had already seen the house, and by the time we put an offer in, we were going competing with 4 other offers all within 24 hours of the house being listed. We were not the highest offer, but with Allan's advice, we made specific terms that would satisfy the seller's interests. With Allan's great relationships and amazing negotiation skills, we got the house!! I cannot emphasize enough how great of a home buying experience Allan made this for us. We found our "Forever Home", and it is all thanks to Allan Minter. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking, and if by chance we ever have to move our find ourselves in the market again, we will without a doubt be working with Allan again!!

Austin is a fantastic realtor with an exceptional eye for detail when it comes to the homes he shows. From our first meeting, Austin took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a home and showed me homes that fit within both my tastes and my budget. When I finally decided to put an offer in on a property, Austin was quick on the draw and had documents ready for me to sign within minutes. I have known Caroline for over 15 years and she has assisted my wife and I with three separate real estate transactions, two on the selling side and one on the buying side. More specifically, Caroline assisted us with buying a house in Atlanta while we lived in London. Caroline’s knowledge of the market and her ability to quickly understand our preferences and desires in a home made a complicated process seamless. There were no lack of challenges which included five time zones, limited on the ground time in Atlanta and a severe lack of inventory (circa 2009). In 6 years I’ve been in Georgia, I haven’t met a single service person, from lawyers to handymen, that provided services with such quality. Julia comes prepared, she is smart, thoughtful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond the scope of her duties to ensure an easy and rewarding experience. I spent 5 years at Deloitte and I’m now a senior manager in tech. I would summarize Julia in one word: she is a unicorn.
